  Switched from metro to Verizon because I was sick of my service cutting in and out. Kevin the manager was awesome and went out of his way to help me. There was a technical issue with the lines porting over and Kevin spent hours fixing this even after I had already left the store. He also followed up with me after all of the issues were fixed to see if there was anything else we needed. I wouldn't go anywhere else !

  Kevin, the manager, was very helpful. He went out of his way to help me with a problem just to be nice. He's a man who cares about his customers. Greeted with a smile and a very friendly, welcoming, environment.
